Abstract


University of education belong to provide public service category, every college education in the process of learning students should enjoy to the current teaching quality supervision of right, While the present teaching of college sports education service as a species, on the teaching quality assessment, result quantification evaluation too outstanding, stress to the standardization and quantitative, lack of enough flexibility, and lack of participation in the main students’ participation. Art college by its special knowledge background and one-sided professional the kind of learning, decided it and other comprehensive university completely different students foundation, because of its students have active thought, the consciousness of seeking new active strong, the pursuit of individual character and other characteristics, so the art university P.E. teaching, learning, in addition to its general teaching has the students’ emotion other than conventional, tendency, ideology, value judgment, behavior choice of physical education class teaching quality factors such as compared to the integrated with the influence of the university is more important. This paper the humanistic sociology research method "satisfaction" principle to study art college students in jilin province of the satisfaction degree of the physical education present situation, and through the statistics and analyzing the results of the survey on the problems of the rationalization suggestion, play in teaching system of student subject status, and use them to art university P.E. in jilin province of satisfaction survey of a comprehensive feedback; Find and solve problems; Jilin province of college sports arts for the improvement of teaching quality, speed up the jilin art university physical education curriculum reform progress of a reliable basis for, make reform work more can follow "students oriented" principle, close to the practice, received the effect.This paper customer satisfaction as the evaluation method, use PZB service quality SERVQUAL scale work out and jilin university students’ physical education of art of the satisfaction degree of the five dimensions and 22 subordinate indicators, within 2 in jilin province of professional art college undergraduate course students satisfaction, physical education measure. through empirical analysis, Jilin province for college students that art physical education quality common not satisfied, population characteristics of grade and learn the identity of the different professional colleges, students have obvious influence of satisfaction. And art university students’ physical education of jilin province of the five dimensions of satisfaction and the weights of the analysis, and the students’ action tendency of research, show that students are not happy with the main factors and times what are the important factors, and the empirical research and data, jilin province that art university P.E. student satisfaction and the behavior of students tend to exist is related to sex.Based on the above conclusions, this paper holds that, can use art university P.E. student satisfaction to measure reflects the service quality of art university P.E. height, the physical education class teaching quality evaluation can be used as an important index of high and low. College students as the hero, elective courses, understand a student satisfaction measure of art university P.E. the service of the carrier, improving the satisfaction of public sports teaching will play a great role in promoting.
