With the the China offshore Daqing Oilfield establishment , the China National Offshore Oil Corporation oil production exceeded 50 million tons , indicates that China has become the world's largest offshore oil producers in the world , and China National Offshore oil exploration turn a brilliant one . But the offshore oil industry as a \costs and improve profit margins , the key to corporate survival factors . In 2001 , CNOOC proposed to strengthen the management and control of offshore platforms spare parts inventory requirements , the purpose is to reduce the cost of business . The main objective of this paper is to study and optimize Offshore Oil 102 spare parts inventory management , and control the cost of doing business . First of all papers focus on analysis Offshore Oil 102 spare parts inventory status and there are major problems , namely overstock inventory structure is irrational , and the lack of scientific order batch method . Three problems exist for spare parts inventory , using AHP ABC classification and basic economic order quantities scientific method of analysis and theory for qualitative and quantitative analysis for Offshore Oil 102 spare parts inventory management data model , such as the economic order Quantity Model of the analytic hierarchy process the ABC classification model , deterministic demand and stochastic demand economic Order Quantity Model , and ultimately achieve the purpose of optimizing spare parts inventory .
