Abstract


-With the rapid development of China’s power industry, electric power construction project cost management are deepening reform and rapid growth, its importance is even more apparent.This thesis is based on the existing110kV transmission project construction cost management regulations, learn the whole process automated feedback control methods, indicators from all stages of the project and the whole process of collecting feedback control starting to study how the expert system approach is applied to electricity project cost, the final build databases through expert system inference feedback information, get expert advice, and with the fuzzy clustering analysis method to classify the project data, the probability of cost variances obtained sort, which can effectively control power Engineering Cost Feedback control links, improve power engineering construction project feasibility indicators and return on investment efficiency.
