Abstract


As the production process has become more and more complicated, on the condition that meetingthe ever-changing processing requirements, how to minimize processing time, improve theutilization of production lines, and achieve high efficient operation have become the focus in recentyears. The key to the settlement of the question lies in the task scheduling problems of assemblyline. It is of great significance to combine task scheduling and process control, making the systemrun efficiently and stably.Much research is put on the process control which is set in the Serial production line oftransmission and station coupled. A field bus-based communication and a process control systemof a control platform based on SIMATIC S7-300are designed, achieving automatic control ofserial production line of transmission and station coupled.In this paper, Firstly, a serial production line of transmission and station coupled is introduced indetail. By analyzing system process flow and operating mechanism, thereby understand therequirements of the technology, and design the overall structure of the system preliminarily.Secondly, by introducing the concept of Maxi-algebra, task scheduling models are studied whenseveral tasks require processing: no buffer flow shop, the buffer flow shop and the coupled flowshop respectively, and establishes task scheduling model which describes the complex relationshipof on-stream time, completion time, arrival time and process time. Working out the near optimalsolution by heuristic dynamic programming algorithm, which proved effective.Finally, the paper design the hardware and software for a production line process control system,including developing a monitor system of upper computer and designing programs for a controllerof lower computer. The system communication network is set up by field bus, and hardware andsoftware configuration are accomplished basically. In addition, monitoring picture is designed, anda production process control monitoring system is established with comprehensive function.
