Abstract


Environmental economics , whether in the East or in the West, is a new discipline, but are quick to be applied to social development and environmental protection , to address the increasingly prominent environmental and development issues , and had a tremendous impact , so that the various countries and regions of the world to the theory of environmental economics as the development of environmental policy and to determine the basis for the development of environmental programs . But many scholars soon discovered , environmental economics does not solve the contradiction between human economic development and the environment , good environmental economics in more cases through the use of the environment for human pursuit of economic interests , and there is no real protection environment. In this context , a lot of scholars committed to environmental protection began to probe the existence of environmental economics , and critical environmental economics . Mark Sage Fu (Mark Sagoff) is one of these scholars He stood the weak anthropocentric stance on the ethical limitations of environmental economics , and the goal of environmental economics , concepts, methods by analysis and critique . Sage Fu view highly persuasive , but can be found by analyzing its view there are still difficulties, and therefore has the possibility of improved . The plight of the presence does not affect the significance of his criticism . The criticism stems from developed based on the theory of environmental economics environmental policy can not really protect the environment , environmental economics critique of environmental economics is bound to impact on the formulation of environmental policy . Weak anthropocentrism critique of environmental economics , prompted us to change the value orientation of environmental policy , analytical tools and realistic effects in the development of environmental policy , environmental policies also give full consideration to the environment while ensuring the economic development of the human survival and development aspirations.
