Abstract


Ecological forest that niche is very important, or extremely fragile ecological conditions, on land ecological security, biodiversity conservation and sustainable development of economy and society has an important role in forest ecology and social services to provide products as the main focus of the shelter business purposes and special use forests. As an important forest type in China, its main function is to maintain and improve the ecological environment, maintain ecological balance, conservation of biological diversity, human society to meet the ecological, social needs and sustainable development. Ecological forest construction is the building of homeland security and ecological security an important basis and strategies to ensure scientific and rational evaluation of ecological forest management needs of modern forestry construction, but also homeland security building.Wuyi selected as study sites this will be literature review and empirical analysis on the local ecological forest eco-social impact assessment carried out exploratory research. Ecological home and abroad in the reference and forestry on the basis of preliminary theoretical results, this paper’s definition of ecological forests, the role and operation of the use, analyzes the construction of non Wuyi current situation and existing problems. At the same time, the paper also benefits from two different angles of its scientific assessment. In the eco-efficiency, ecological forest construction is mainly reflected in the benefits of effective water conservation, solid soil fertilizer, carbon fixation and oxygen, forests and forest reduction and other energy storage; and social benefits are mainly for the promotion of new rural construction, improve the life of the peasants to increase social civilization, gradually reversing the request of the forest ecosystem is not put into practice only actively participate in forest management and protection of ecological construction and in the past. Wuyi hope that this study provides ecological forest construction experience and learn from, and promoting the Wuyi Sen Lin sustainable development and to strengthen and improve the ecological forest construction of impact assessment svstem.
