Abstract


With the shengli oilfield development and construction, service to oil production of Oilfield Electric Power System from scratch, after thirty years of development, has formed a220kV network,110kV network based network architecture,35kV network distribution in each oil field of Shengli Power Plant, power support, with hair, transportation, distribution functions of oversize enterprise grid. But due to different development system, power system of oil field development to a certain extent lags behind the national power grid. Power system over-voltage phenomenon is relatively common, but because of the special environment of oilfield, especially the phenomenon of over voltage accident. Over voltage can be divided into resonance over voltage, over-voltage, switching overvoltage, which particularly resonant overvoltage accident. Oilfield Power Grid in the long running process, for various types of overvoltage took effective measures, but also existing problems. Not completely solve the over voltage impact. This paper adopted various means of oilfield power network are summarized and analyzed in this paper, firstly focuses on the power grid lightning overvoltage protection measures were summarized and analyzed. Put forward suitable for power system of oil field’s needs. In this paper the resonant overvoltage measures mainly from the analysis of110kV bus resonance over voltage,35kV submarine cable network arc over voltage, electric zinc oxide lightning arrester protection and transformer protection for. The voltage transformer protection mainly describes an ongoing reform measures,4PT method of over voltage protection. Non direct ground neutral system resonance overvoltage multiple is composed of a voltage transformer saturation caused by long time, despite many limitations of resonance overvoltage measures, such as:harmonic elimination lamp, harmonic elimination devices, PT HV neutral additional resistance with zero sequence PT, but has not fundamentally address, PT burned, fusing accident still happens ceaselessly, in Oilfield Power Grid some new transformation station and the commissioning of new substation in general have taken the system via the ground voltage is connected with the arc suppression coil method. This method works well but large investment, in order to adapt to the new transformation substation is not suitable for old transformer station. Therefore the voltage transformer protection, and adopted the4PT method to prevent over voltage of voltage transformer damage.
