Abstract


Food is the humanity livelihood and develops the most basic physical conditions, food security is people most cared that is most direct, the most realistic question, is relates the national economy and the people’s livelihood the major issue. So-called“food is what matters to the people, food by An Weixian”, but recent years reason food safe initiation’s a series of hazardous event, specially in recent years the public disclosure’s three deer powdered milk event and so on a series of food security incident’s frequent occurrence, showed that our country also has many problems in food security aspect, lets us realize to food security stern. Our country Government takes the food trouble-free service, proposes must in food safe achievement economy and a social development important strategic question.
