Abstract


Increased rapidly in recent years along with China’s automobile popular rate, automobile’s security and the conveniences received more and more take seriously. Therefore the vehicle carries the servo-link becomes more and more important, each big automobile manufacturer invests the large amount fund to make servo-link’s development. That is the steering system will act according to the pilot who will examine to change the intention, for a steering wheel boost, will thus cause driving becomes more relaxed. Meanwhile eliminates in driving through this boost the unsafe factor, causes the pilot to be safer. After the servo-link passes through the pure mechanical type steering system, the hydraulic pressure boost steering system’s development process, one kind of new servo-link--The electrically operated boost steering system (Electric power steering-EPS) arises at the historic moment. But his irreplaceable merit will be doomed he to be able to be the development tendency.This article introduced that a set the electrically operated servo-link which researches and develops independently by us, uses the software engineering the methodology to carry on the development, proposed the first overall solution, then the determination control algorithm, designs the hardware circuit, carries on hardware circuit’s test, only then arrives at the system software design, software’s test, finally system integration, total performance test. Obtains its software and hardware to realize the plan. The system development uses the popular development software and the technology uses to be now most popular, the performance-to-price ratio extremely high chip--Based on ARM7TDMI S3C44B0, the software carries on the development with ADS, carries on the debugging with the JTAG connection, 232 levels and the computer carry on the serial port communication.This article with realizes regarding the electrically operated boost steering system’s design launches: The first chapter is the introduction, the paper research content and the domestic and foreign state of play. The second chapter described overall system’s functional design. The third chapter described the system hardware design, including chooses the part chip and each part of electric circuits; The fourth chapter is the system software design, including operating system and various part of control code.
