Abstract


In recent years , food cold chain logistics in our country has made considerable development . As an important part of the food cold chain logistics , warehousing , plays an important role in protecting food freshness and safety of . Efficient warehousing process food cold chain logistics rapid response to provide strong support . But the emphasis of the food cold chain logistics warehousing and the role of disproportionate energy waste in warehousing operations , inefficient problems have constrained the development of the food cold chain logistics Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system , the performance of the objective evaluation warehousing , has a practical significance . In this paper, by combining the characteristics and processes of the food cold chain logistics , warehousing , research the warehousing performance evaluation of the food cold chain logistics theory and methods . Paper work from the following three aspects : ( 1 ) food cold chain logistics , warehousing performance evaluation system . Papers from the storage economy , cold storage warehousing capacity , ' cold storage operation process , development and competitiveness of green indicators in five areas studied its performance evaluation system . (2 ) food cold chain logistics , warehousing performance evaluation method . Using the Delphi method , from the initial 35 indicators identified 23 evaluation : using the analytic hierarchy process efficiency coefficient method , linear weighting method to a variety of evaluation methods , food cold chain logistics , warehousing performance evaluation has a very strong sense operability. (3) Empirical Analysis . Comprehensive evaluation analysis , using AHP to determine the index weight , calculated index score at all levels , and grouped into different grades using the linear weighted method to calculate the composite score and the results were analyzed . The evaluation model is clearly reflected the warehouse specific inadequacies in the case , to provide the basis for the later warehouse management improvement strategies .
