Abstract


Along with our country market economy system establishment and development, China’s economy has been tremendous developed, constantly accelerating the urbanization pace, more and more land for construction land is expropriated, landless farmers group expanded rapidly, therefore, the rights and interests of the land-losing farmers problems should get the state and society highly, it is not only related to land-lost farmers of rights issue, also relates to our country agriculture construction problems,which can affect our social harmony and stability, and how to for landless peasants compensation become a hotspot and focus.This article through to the research,Marx landrent theory on analysis of the present situation of expropriation compensation based on seeking the perfect accord with Marx landrent theory ways and methods. Specific research ideas as follows: first, revealing Marx landtax theory, and points out that the scientific connotation of a socialist society in China, then there is the same rent Marx landrent theory can be applied in China there. Second, and further analyzes the expropriation compensation system present situation and the existence question, from land expropriation compensation principle, basis, standard and scope aspects elaborated on China’s expropriation compensation of the present situation,the existence question: compensate income subject is unclear, compensation mode single and compensation dispute relief system is not perfected. Third, from Marx landrent theory perspective, namely land-lost farmers landless peasants’ rights and interests problem, by Marx landrent theory to analyze our country expropriation compensation system of existing problems. Finally,again the Marx landrent theory and China’s expropriation compensation situation combined to ponder and presents the author consummates our country expropriation compensation system approach. Through analysis and can from the following several aspects to think perfect our country expropriation compensation system: to establish a clear of property right system, Long-term stability our country land contracted management system, ensure the differential rents II to land operators all,Improve land compensation standard,Establish peasant safeguard mechanism, Strengthen the land-lost farmers skills quality training.In contemporary China, three agricultural problems get of the party and country attaches great importance to the correct and profound understanding to the current land expropriation compensation system for various existing problems and the consequence, with great revolutionary teacher of classical theory to guide our land expropriation system, making China’s land requisition compensation system for continuous development and perfection of significant land expropriation system and the improvement and development, not only to preserve the land-lost farmers’ legal rights and interests, safeguarding the land-lost farmers depend on, life is more advantageous to promote the development of agriculture and social harmony and stability.
