Abstract


The internationalization conducts of business means corporations produce, sale and service in two or more than two national undertakes looking for larger market, better resource and higher profit. Under the network economic condition, the degree of consortium of different national business is higher than before, and the speed of business internationalization process is increasing. The comprehensive capability of developing and using network of corporations is deemed to extend the nucleus capability at the strategy and management of business under the network environment. It is important source to obtain the competitive edge for business. Consequently, if corporations want to create and keep perpetual competitive edge, they have to cultivate network capability which adapts to complicated network environment and is helpful to turn a network.This text takes‘as study direction. Hoping to combine the network capability structure of the general business and the main character of internationalization business; renewedly define the concept and intension of network capability of international business; build basic structure of network capability of internationalization business in order to promote internationalization growth of business.This paper argues that the network capability of international business refers to capability which is composed by capability to select cooperator, to set up and carry a business network in order to absorption, transfer, integration, creation and innovation knowledge based on business inner knowledge system.Presently the research on construct network capability of international business is placed in an early step; the correlation studies data are finite. The research contents will receive continuously supplement along with the continuously studies on network capability of international business.
