Abstract


Service industry is an important part of the national economy, which has played a positive role in social production and living, promoting employment and boosting economic aspects etc. The economic of Guizhou which is as a representative of the underdeveloped areas is weak and it’s service industry develops slowly, so it is very important to develop service industry for the underdeveloped areas. In a stage, service industry will not only be the main source of economic growth, but also the key areas to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. Since the second half year of 2008, all walks of life are impacted in different degree under the environment of international financial crisis. The service industry has also received certain effect in the“winter”. More than 30 years of reform and opening up, the service of Guizhou has made a great development. In the development of economic globalization today, U.S. financial crisis has inevitably impacted the economic development of Guizhou province which is in the southwest of China, How to continue to develop well and quickly in service industry is becoming an imperative problem.With the development of economy, the effect of service industry to the economic growth is becoming increasingly obvious. The contents and functions of service industry are constantly expanded and deepened at the same time. Firstly, this thesis has referenced inter-external service economy theory and researched the services connotation, the division of services internal structure and the development significance. Secondly it detailed analyses the Guizhou services overall and the internal development status of specific industries, and finds out the existing problems. Then Combined with the actual situation, by means of actual analysis, summarized the strengths and weaknesses to the develop service industry in Guizhou. On this basis, finding out the target of optimization and upgrading of Guizhou service industry. And finally puts forward relevant measures for the optimization and upgrading of service industry in Guizhou, including optimized the“soft environment”of services and the specific development path of leading industries such as tourism and finance. This thesis aims at providing some substantial research and countermeasures for Guizhou, and I hope it could be meaningful in practice, then shed light on the development of services in Guizhou.
