Abstract


Papers on a more comprehensive overview of domestic and foreign cars with gasoline quality standards development and the development and application of technology to improve the quality of gasoline . In accordance with the phased goals to improve gasoline quality standards proposed by the country , the appropriate upgrading of the refinery production device become the primary task of the enterprise to ensure that gasoline quality standards . FCC gasoline for gasoline produced by Jilin Petrochemical Company mainly high olefin content , combined with the full implementation of the million tons refinery reconstruction project , rational use of existing resources , to work out the transition period to comply with the requirements of the new standard and gasoline production scheme after the implementation of the project to upgrade the program , while meet gasoline quality comprehensive upgrade , to meet the general requirements of the Jilin Petrochemical Company refinery and petrochemical integration positioning . Transformation through the off-site construction of 1.5 million tons / year MIP-CGP FCCU , new 1.2 million tons / year Prime gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization unit , auxiliary to the appropriate reconciliation measures , Jilin Petrochemical Company, the sulfur content of the gasoline olefin content achieve the country Ⅲ 150μg / g, 25% less than gasoline quality standards, gasoline octane to further improve to 92 or more , to achieve better social and economic benefits . Million tons refinery upgrading project after the implementation of the production of high-grade gasoline program are discussed to provide a reference for the further escalation of the Jilin Petrochemical Company gasoline quality .
