Polyurea elastomer is a isocyanato prepolymer and the amino compound obtained in the polymer having a urea bond. It has excellent anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, anti-slippery excellent physical and chemical properties. Polyurea elastomer modified the study, the main contents include: spray polyurea elastomer bubble problem in the construction of the production process, the use of chemical and physical methods for defoaming, detection, defoaming polyurea elastomer performance improved significantly. In order to improve the the polyurea elastomer performance and to expand its range of applications, a single breakthrough material limitations, in situ polymerization of carbon nanotube / polyurea elastomer nanocomposite excellent use of carbon nanotubes The mechanical properties of polyurea elastomer to compensate for deficiencies in this regard. The first mixed acid oxidation prepared the the hydroxylated carbon nanotubes, carboxylated carbon nanotubes in the the hydroxylated carbon nanotube surface grafted polyacrylic acid esterification. The carboxyl carbon nanotubes surface carboxyl and excessive the terminal amino polyether D400 reaction amino carbon nanotubes. After FTIR, TG, XPS test shows that carbon nanotubes was successfully grafted amino. Ultrasound shock, two kinds of carbon nanotubes, the original carbon nanotubes and amino nanotubes mixed polyether curing agent of the mixture with the terminal amino group, and then, and the iso-cyanate prepolymer is prepared by reacting a polyurea elastomer composites . After gel content measurement, tensile test and the composite material broken brittle surface SEM shows that amination nanotubes can be uniformly dispersed in the polyurea elastomer matrix, and the amino-modified nanotubes polyurea elastomer compound the tensile strength is increased with increasing the amino content of carbon nanotube, the carbon nanotube content of 0.7 wt%, the maximum value was 58.7 MPa, pure polyurea elastomer resin increase of 40% . The original carbon nanotubes polyurea elastomer matrix easy to reunite the original carbon nanotube modified polyurea elastomer tensile strength decreases with increasing nanotube content. Because the amino group of the amino surface of the carbon nanotube with the isocyanate-reactive form of a covalent bond is connected to the molecular chain of the polyurea elastomer, and enhance the interfacial adhesion of the carbon nanotubes and the base body. Polyurea Elastomers amino-modified carbon nanotubes, has been significantly improved.
