Abstract


This experiment polyepichlorohydrin (PECH), the synthesis of five different molecular weight as a novel plasticizer , experiments using different mass fraction of mechanical blends prepared CPVC / PECH mixture to reduce its glass transition temperature, and using dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), thermal gravimetric analyzer PECH MW tensile test , there is shown a differential scanning calorimeter , the glass transition temperature ; CPVC / PECH blend has a glass transition temperature, thermal stability . The results show that when the PECH in an amount not exceeding 20% wt , the glass transition temperature of the CPVC / PECH blends reached the lowest is 20 ° C lower than a glass transition temperature of the pure CPVC . Study found five molecular weight of the PECH , the plasticizing effect of the molecular weight of 2840 is ideal, and in Blends With PECH content increases , when the high or low molecular weight of the plasticizer PECH plasticized effect not obvious PECH of a molecular weight of between 2000 to 3000 , has the best plasticizing effect . By the mass fraction of the different proportions of the PECH be blended with CPVC , found that 20% of the ratio of PECH ideal . Add dibutyltin laurate can significantly improve the thermal stability of the CPVC / PECH blend in the blend .
