Abstract


With the city of Chenzhou, speed up the industrialization process, Chenzhou now has the industry nurturing agriculture and cities to feed the rural conditions and strength. "Agriculture" is the 21st century, the principal contradiction in China’s economic development. In this situation, the safety of passenger transport in rural Chenzhou measures to improve rural infrastructure, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, research in rural Chenzhou passenger safety problems, improvement of traffic conditions of Chenzhou, Chenzhou optimize the investment environment, economic development in rural Chenzhou promote the formation of the "Win promote agriculture, " the virtuous circle, for the guidance of Chenzhou sustainable development of rural economy and society have to be focused on meaning.This paper studies the Chenzhou City, the development of rural passenger transport system. In economics to analyze the rural passenger transport industry, analysis of Chenzhou City, the structure of rural passenger transport system; by Chenzhou Chenzhou City in rural road construction and road passenger transport in rural development research, analysis of Chenzhou City, a major road transport industry management practices and effectiveness and the new era Chenzhou City, the characteristics of the development of rural road passenger transport, identify problems focused on security, financial, operational, regulatory and other four aspects, the feasibility of proposed countermeasures. Finally, Chenzhou City, for reasons of rural passenger transport accidents were analyzed and the corresponding measures to resolve.
