Objective:To probe the clinical efficacy of hepatic protection and tumor suppression soup joint intervention on liver cancer patients.Methods:50patients were divided into two groups including control group and observation group,the patient of control group were treated with medicine suiting the symptom,the patients of observation group were treated with hepatic protection and tumor suppression soup one course on the foundation of western medicine treatment.when the treatment was ending,the curative effect,KPS,Chinese medicine symptom,AFP,liver function,blood routine examination of solid tumor were recorded.Result:Solid Tumors treatment group complete remission10cases, partial remission in15cases, and5cases of stable progress2cases, the total efficiency:78.1%effective in8cases, the control group, effective in12cases,6cases of stable progress in the2cases, the totalefficiency of75%and no significant difference (p>0.05) after the treatment and control groups statistically Solid Tumors. Symptom scores treatment group, the total effective rate of88%, the effective rate of28%of the observation group, the test treatment group and the control group, a significant difference between the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P=0.000). four weeks after the treatment group patients biochemical index was significantly decreased and the statistical significance was found (P<0.05), control group patients four weeks after the biochemical indicators earlier is also have lower but without statistical significance (P>0.05), two groups of patients after four weeks biochemical index to compare the treatment group AST、 DBIL、ALP、AFP was better than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05) The two groups of patients with KPS score the effects of significant differences (P<0.05) treatment group than the control group. Observed during the security is good.Conclusion:Hu gan yi liu tang combinde with internationnal treatmentr for primary liver cancer can impore clinical symptoms and liver function and improve the patients quality of life.
