Abstract


The manufacturing industry is the basis and pillar of the national productive capacity and the national economy, reflecting the level of development of social productive forces. As the part of the equipment manufacturing industry, the machine tool industry is also the required core of the equipment manufacturing industry. The level and possession of Machine tools have become an important symbol of a nation’s manufacturing, industrial modernization and the overall competitiveness of the country. There is a big gap between our nation and the developed country in the area of machine tool research and development. In the coming year, how to research out the core equipment for domestic manufacturing enterprise is the ordeal in machine tool industry.There is need a long-term process for improving the overall level of machine tool industry, which should achieve technology leadership and deal with competition from international markets. The enterprise faces the problems that are how to response the market exchange at home and abroad, how to reasonable input scientific research, how to realize strategic alliances and so on. From the long team industrial cycle, the machine tool industry needs a long term plan instead of a short one, so we should consider the issue of entrepreneurship in technological innovation from the Multi-angle.This thesis firstly mentions the technology innovation and its concepts, and then combines the domestic industry characteristic with the successful development experience at home and abroad; we get enlightenments from analysis the machine tool industry in Japan, America and Germany. Comparing the results above we systematically analyze the domestic successful machine tool enterprise-ShenYang Machine Tool Bloc. And then we sum up technology innovation path of Chinese machine tool industry.According to enterprise practical situation, it is necessary to have comprehensive market positioning and choose a suitable developing path. In technology innovation respects, enterprise can not fulfill this task alone, so they need choose integrated innovation to form industrial cluster. In technology innovation activities, government organization and users are two important factors; we should raise the two factors positive role in enterprise technology innovation, in order to form a "Governors, CEEUSRO, and Customs" developing path.
