Abstract


To discuss the clinical application value of3D-TVS in diagnosis ofgynecological diseases.Method:Selected patients as fellowing:1.126cases of congenital uterine abnormality and84cases of IUDposition abnormality,which diagnosed by hysteroscopy or surgery.2.170cases of uterine cavity lesions diagnosed by hysteroscopy orpathology results.Retrospective analysis was used to compare the coincidence rate andmissed rate between2D-TVS and3D-TVS.Result:1.The coincidence rate and missed rate of2D-TVS and3D-TVS indiagnosis of congenital uterine abnormality were82.54%,17.46%and99.20%and0.75%, respectively.Compared with2D-TVS,3D-TVSshowed significant superior in diagnosis of congenital uterineabnormality.2.The coincidence rate and missed rate of2D-TVS and3D-TVS indiagnosing the IUD position abnormality were98.82%,1.18%and90.48%and9.52%, respectively. Compared with2D-TVS,3D-TVS hadhigher accuracy in diagnosis of IUD position abnormality.3.The coincidence rate and missed rate of2D-TVS and3D-TVS indiagnosis uterine cavity lesion were97.65%,2.35%, and94.12%,5.88% respectively. Compared with2D-TVS,3D-TVS had no significantsuperior in diagnosis of uterine cavity lesion.Conclusions:1.Compared with2D-TVS,3D-TVS can display uterine externalfeatures and the coronal section of the cavity more clearly.Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation issuperior to2D-TVS It can supply valuable information to clinical work,especially to surgery scope.2.3D-TVS can accurately show position of IUD in palace cavity andcan show whether it has moving and inlaying, horizontal or the inversionand other unusual circumstances.3D-TVS has obviously superior to2D-TVS in showing IUD position, and can help the surgery to besafe.3D-TVS avoids the occurrence of surgery complication.3.Although3D-TVS can display the uterine cavity in threedimension and can display the situation of pathological change, but it hasno distinct superiority when compared with2D-TVS.
