Patients with chronic glomerulonephritis （CGN）due to damage to thekidneys, a series of physiological responses. High medical costs, long beenplagued by disease, leading to anxiety, depression. We apply to solutionfocused approach to develop user-friendly program for CGN patients everyproblem, targeted to take various measures, teach patients coping skills toeffectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, thus improving thepatient’s quality of life.Objective：To investigate the status of anxiety and depression among CGNpatients;to explore the factors related to anxiety and depression; to examinethe effects of solution focused approach on depression and anxiety amongCGN patients, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical psychologicalintervention.Methods:Using random alphabet of122cases of CGN patients were randomlydivided into two groups,62cases in the control group,60cases inexperimental group. Used self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-ratingdepression scale (SDS) to assess the patient’s anxiety and depressioncondition in the day before the first day and the day prior to discharge. Thecontrol group received routine care; the experimental group receivedsolution focused approach, first carefully recorded patient’s problems,psychological education in a targeted manner, used the reception room forpatients one-to-one intervention, once a day, every20-30minutes. Pooreffect of individual patients, we added one-to-one intervention content and evaluated intervention effect immediately. The collected data were enteredinto the database, the following results analyzed by SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware.Results:1.CGN patients with anxiety incidence of39.17%,48.33%incidence ofdepression, were higher than the national norm, the difference wasstatistically significant.2.CGN patients with anxiety score of53.70±8.07, depression scorewas56.73±9.27, higher than the national norm, the difference wasstatistically significant.3.CGN patients of different ages, gender, occupation, education level,monthly income, place of residence, payment method, marital status anxietyscores, the difference was statistically significant; different course of thedisease, the number of hospitalizations and social support CGN patients withanxiety score, the difference was not statistically significant.4.CGN patients of different ages, gender, occupation, education level,monthly income, place of residence, payment method, marital statusdepression scores, the difference was statistically significant; differentcourse of the disease, the number of hospitalizations and social support CGNpatients with depression score, the difference was not statisticallysignificant.5.Experimental group after the intervention in patients with anxiety,depression scores were41.03±12.90,53.23±8.79points, were lower thanthe control group,53.80±8.01,56.68±9.35points, the difference wasstatistically significant.6.Experimental group after the intervention in patients with anxiety,depression scores were41.03±12.90,53.23±8.79minutes before theintervention were lower than53.42±8.02,56.45±8.87points, the differencewas statistically significant. 7.Anxiety, depression score difference in the experimental group beforeand after the intervention were12.38±9.93,3.22±1.94, were higher thanthe control group,0.18±0.73,0.32±1.38, and the differences werestatistically significant. Experimental group patients of different age, sex,educational level before and after the intervention of anxiety, depressionscore difference was statistically significant; different average monthlyincome, occupation, place of residence, payment methods, marital status,duration, frequency of hospitalization and social support before and after theintervention of anxiety, depression score difference was not statisticallysignificant.Conelusions:1.CGN patients with widespread anxiety and depression.2.Unemployed, laid-off, single, divorced, widowed, lower education,lower income levels, youth, rural areas, at their own expense, in femalepatients with CGN severe anxiety and depression.3.Age, sex, occupation, education level, monthly income, place ofresidence, payment method, marital status CGN anxiety and depression inpatients with influencing factors.4.Solution focused approach to effectively mobilize CGN patient’s ownpotential, to play its initiative, thereby reducing the level of anxiety anddepression.5.Solution focused approach for youth, men, college and highereducation CGN patients better intervention.
