Abstract

Objective: Analysis of480cases of breast cancer patients with clinical-pathologicproot and treatment to correlation of prognosis, to find the factors of influence prognosisof breast cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed in480cases of femalebreast cancer who had pathologic proot and treated from January2005to January2006.The correlation of age, menopausal status, tumor size, axillary lymph nodal status, TNMclinical stage, hormone receptor status, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapywith prognosis of breast cancer was evaluated. Results: The5-year survival rates for480patients was71.2%. Analysis revealed that tumor size, axillary lymph nodal status, TNMstage were significantly associated with5-year survival rates of this patients(P<0.05). The5-year survival rates of patients with triple negative breast cancer(ER、PR、CerbB-2werenegative) were lower than the not triple negative breast cancer(P<0.05). Chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy can improve the5-year survival rates(P<0.05).Patients’ age, menopausal status and hormone receptor status had no significantindependent prognostic value(P>0.05). Conclusion: Tumor size, axillary lymph nodalstatus, TNM clinical stage, striple negative breast cancer, chemotherapy, radiotherapy andendocrine therapy were related with5-year survival rates. And the Tumor size, axillarylymph nodal status, TNM clinical stage were significant independent indicators ofprognostic in breast cancer respectively.
