Abstract


CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is a basic political system. Under the conditions of socialism, democratic parties is committed to chinese characteristics cause of parties. The political party has been through more than 50 years development under the CPC’s leadership,widely displays the function of the participation in the management of state affairs and the democracy surveillance.The participation in the management of state affairs effects obviously, the democracy surveillance function further strengthens. While the political parties obtain the great merit, The political functions face some new situations and new problems, some problems have become obstacles to the functioning of parties.They have some difficulties that politics face marginalization; the level of technological innovation in politics need to be further increased; democratic supervision has weaken sense and lack of initiative; The contents of democratic supervision and performances are poor; two functions do not play coordination and so on. To some extent, These hindered the functions of the parties to play.According to the achievements and problems of functions, this paper analyzes the causes of functional problems from cultural, political, mechanisms aspects and seek to improve and enhance the performance of the functions from the following aspects:the ruling party should create a relaxed and harmonious environment for its functions; strengthen the building of parties、improve the capacity of sustainable development; build a political culture with chinese characteristics and enhance the political parties agreement; increase the political participation of the parties ability to use technology.
