Abstract

In this paper, the indoor two ways to control test (the hydroponic with the soil culture test) and field investigations, research nutrient stress of hemp oak (Quercus acutissima), growth changes and physiological response to explore the acutissima poor resistance mechanism for acutissima plantation site selection and operations management to provide a theoretical basis. Hydroponic experiments and Soil Culture Ya Forest Farm of Chuzhou Red 1 year old acutissima the seedlings as test materials for the survey of the field survey Chuzhou red Ya Forest Farm 10-year-old sawtooth oak plantations, through height (height), and diameter (DBH), biomass growth indicators, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, nitrate reductase activity and other physiological indicators as well as N, P, K, Mg, Ca, the nutrient indicators will be measured and compared to master acutissima growth under different conditions for fertilizer or different site conditions, physiological and nutrient differences. The main results are as follows: 1, the the soil culture test results show that, under nutrient stress (no fertilizer) acutissima in the short-term (5 months) can maintain normal growth, the growth index and the control treatment (normal level of nutrient supply) no significant difference (p gt; 0.05), but in the long-term (more than 5 months) nutrient stress acutissima each growth index was significantly lower than the control treatment (p lt; 0.05). Nutrient stress acutissima roots has three distinct characteristics: the number of fine roots in a larger proportion of the increase in root exudates can form ectomycorrhizal. These features make the root activation and the ability to absorb soil nutrients significantly improved, especially conducive to root activation and absorption of poorly soluble phosphate in the soil under Nutrient Stress the various organs acutissima P content in the control treatment seedlings did not form a significant differences. 3, both 1-year-old seedlings of trees 10 years old, nutrient stress the acutissima leaf nitrate reductase activity was significantly higher than the control treatment; under nutrient stress Sawtooth oak leaf chlorophyll content, carotene content, photosynthetic rate some down, but the short-term control treatment differences are not significant with; Nutrient Stress Ma oak leaves of the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar content and control processing differences are not significant with; These physiological changes acutissima is a chemical-resistant barren tree species, especially nitrate restore The change of the enzyme can indicate a low-nutrient acutissima dependent plant adaptation to nutrient stress by luxury absorption. Nutrient stress acutissima easier organs nutrient transfer, thereby enhancing the efficiency of nutrient utilization. Nutrients during the growing body acutissima the first meet the photosynthetic organ growth and metabolism of the leaves, leaf nutrient content than other organs, and no significant difference between the control treatment (fertilization treatment). Sawtooth oak leaves growth and final nutrient stress premature aging and leaves nutrients (N, P, K) is transferred to organs such as stems and roots, leading to decreased senescent leaves nutrient content (N, P, K) , stem and root nutrient content (N, P, K) has increased. Nutrient stress the acutissima easy phenomenon of excessive absorption of Ca in the Ca content in the leaves, stems and roots than the control treatment, which may be related to nutrient stress conditions acutissima Ca is relatively abundant in the growth substrate, and N , P, K relatively scarce, may also be under nutrient stress conditions acutissima compensatory absorption of Ca in the matrix, in order to make up for the deficiencies of other nutrients.
