Objectives:To study the expression and the significance of clinical pathology ofβ-cateninE-cadherin protein of Wnt pathway and Ki-67 in Endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 58 cases of Endometrial adenocarcinoma, including 19 cases of well differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma (WD-EAC),25 cases of moderately differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma(MD-EAC)、19 cases of poorly differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma(PD-EAC) and 11cases of typeⅡserosity endometrial carcinoma(SEC) were evaluated by immunohisto-chemically technique(SP) to detect the expression ofβ-catenin、E-cadherin and Ki-67,10 cases of normal Endometria were used for control.Using SPSS16.0 software package to do all the statistical analysis.Results:(1) The positive expression rates ofβ-catenin in normal endometria、WD-EAC、MD-EAC、PD-EAC and SEC were 90%,68%,44%,36%,27% respectively and leaded a tendency of gradually decreasing,there were difference in them(P<0.05). the positive expression rates ofβ-catenin were negatively correlated with tumor grade in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05), and them were no correlated with tumor category and the the depth of mymetrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05)(2) The positive expression rates of E-cadherin in normal endometria tissue、WD-EAC、MD-EAC、PD-EAC and SEC were 90%,63%,28%,14%,18% respectively and leaded a tendency of gradually decreasing,there were great difference in them(P<0.001).The positive expression rates in along the normal endometria tissue and the MD-EAC、PD-EAC and SEC had difference(P< 0.005); the positive expression rates of E-cadherin were negatively correlated with tumor grade、the depth of mymetrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05);and them were no correlated with tumor category(P>0.05)(3) the PI of Ki-67 in normal endometria、WD-EAC、MD-EAC、PD-EAC and SEC were 0.9±1.414,16.947±15.053,14.320±14.516,34.143±23.227,48.182±21.826 respectively and leaded a tendency of gradually increasing, there were great difference in them(P<0.001). the PI of Ki-67 were positively correlated with tumor grade、tumor category(P<0.001) and them were no correlated with the the depth of mymetrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)β-catenin、E-cadherin and Ki-67 might be play an important role in the occurrence and development in endometrial carcinoma. (2)the low expression ofβ-catenin、E-cadherin and the high PI of Ki-67 might be evaluated important reference indicators of malignant degree and Biology delinquency in endometrial carcinoma.
