Abstract


With the development of social economy and the enhancement of life level, taxi-cabs play more and more important role gradually and become a necessary part in people regular life. But at the same time, there are much negative news about taxis in a lot of cities. Not only bring confusion on stable social environments, but we still pay much attention to the accidents and think over carefully. As mobile cars are major parts in Changchun, people more and more rely on taxis inseparably. But the self-contradictory of the taxi industry has been neglected, more and more taxi drivers’strike happened. Taxis’strike has the profound social backgrounds, the government focus on the public interest. But all kinds of phenomenon have made clear the responsibilities of the government.Taking the functions of governmental regulation as theoretical base, we should deal with the problems of the taxi industry from the view of ameliorating their own abilities of government and integrating actual situation of Changchun. Through the study, we should deal with the problems existed and improve governmental regulation’s consciousness of public benefits. Then we need to clear the goal of governmental regulation and innovate the type of regulation. Drawing up the standard procedures of governmental regulation by making full of their own functions. At last, we should improve the governmental regulation in Changchun taxi industry gradually. Not only protect the legitimate benefits of taxi drivers and companies, but the results of countermeasures also ensure the unanimity among the taxi drivers, companies and governments. Only by adopting the measures above-mentioned can we advance the harmony of the whole society.
