Abstract


The Chinese chain drugstore developed rapidly with a number of large and increasing throat-cutting competition. Meanwhile, the factores, such as new medical reforms policies introduced, national economic growth and social attitudes change, scientific and technological development will affect the future strategy. Development of chain drugstore By Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model the article made detailed analysis for AAA Chain drug store in the face of internal and external environment and competitive environment. The use of flat management theory, internal marketing theory and the Stimulating Theory various problems of human resources management are founded.On this basis, the article made a realistic analysis of human resources strategies to improving the chain drugstore enterprises for human resources management , combining practical experience in AAA chain drugstore and information collects from AAA enterprises.
