Abstract


Family enterprises is the main body part in private enterprises, majority executes managing. From the point of the development of China’s private enterprise, most private enterprises in developing will encounter by family-based management mode of the constraints and into the difficult position of development factors, these factors is one of the important reasons for private enterprises to own enterprise culture construction not paid enough attention to family-based enterprise culture this handle had greatly promoted the development of the enterprise "double-edged sword" no thorough understanding.This paper from further promote healthy and sustained development of family enterprises target of enterprise management, economics, using the theory and combining with the actual situation of Chinese family business, the family business culture construction system research. This paper on the basis of theoretical analysis, contact Chinese family enterprises "short-lived" phenomenon, analyzes the Chinese family business enterprise culture, this paper expounds the family business culture of Chinese family business life cycle impact. Finally based on family enterprise culture existing problems, this paper also puts forward extended family enterprise life some countermeasures and methods, including the establishment of innovation and learning culture, Create open culture and rational culture in China, in the hope of the family entrepreneurs have some enlightenment.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part, mainly discussed in this paper expatiates the background and significance of the research, summing up predecessors’ this project based on the research of clear of this study content; In addition, this paper also introduces the structure, research methods and this innovative points.The second part, mainly is the introduction defined family enterprise with the family of sustainable development of enterprise and enterprise culture and the related theory of sustainable development of enterprise. First defined family enterprise the definition and characteristics, Secondly the family business sustainable development possibility is analyzed, Finally defines the meaning of enterprise culture, analyzes the function of enterprise culture, On this basis, from enterprise culture on the sustainable development of enterprise of the analysis of the affecting factors, discusses enterprise culture on the sustainable development of enterprise mechanism.The third part, is mainly to the Chinese family business culture is analyzed. First defines the meaning of Chinese family business culture, and on this basis of inquiry, reveals the essence of family business culture characteristics and content, for the paper blackboard.The fourth part, mainly discusses the family enterprise culture on the influence of family enterprises sustainable development.
