Abstract


Knowledge management theory for the construction of educational resources has been become an important research direction in educational technology area. Knowledge Management provide preferable idea and tools for the construction of educational resources, it also provide preferable management idea. The construction of learning resources based knowledge management, focused on knowledge sharing, communication and innovation. It also focused on transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, and focused on changing individual knowledge into organization knowledge, ultimately it can achieve the knowledge innovation. Training resources as a kind of educational resources have unique characteristics in the small and medium enterprises. This paper aimed at building a new kind of training model. And propose a new thinking of the construction of training resources with this model. Aimed at this idea can be used in training, and it can save money, material and human resources. It can facilitate staff learning and communication. Fundamentally it can improve the enterprise efficiency and the core-competitiveness.This paper has seven chapters, each chapter’s idea as follows:ChapterⅠexplains the significance of this research, the background and current situation of the research, and puts forward the thesis content, methods, technology ways and framework.Chapter II elaborates the related concepts of knowledge management, mainly analysis the concept of knowledge, the classification of knowledge, the transformation of knowledge, the definition of knowledge management, the goals of knowledge management, the affections of knowledge management, the process and basic technology tools. Then defines the definitions of knowledge-based SMEs, the definition of corporate training resources. And points that the combination between knowledge management and training resources.Chapter III explains the meaning of training resources and construction principle under the knowledge management. Then proposes the necessity and possibility of knowledge management applied to construction of the training resources.Chapter IV proposes the new training model of SME based on knowledge management firstly, and then proposes the model for the SME training resource system, and elaborate the system contains three resources, namely human resources, environmental resources and knowledge resources. And propose the lack of them in construction and the solutions. Mainly explains the guide meaning, the basis theoretical, and evaluation model.Chapter V analyzes a case. Primarily puts forward practical feasibility of the proposed ideas through the case. Next proposes a specific design scheme when knowledge management used in the construction of the training resources. And provide a system model, for reference. At last analysis the obstacles and corresponding strategies when knowledge management used in the construction of the training resources.Chapter VI summarizes and points out the existing problems and research directions in the future.
