Abstract


The securities industry as an emerging and viable industry, from pilot to regional and then to the country, its social investment has developed into a great power, increasing contribution to the economy increased. The development of the Securities Industry in Hainan has experienced several decades, the development process can be divided into four stages, namely, great development, great risk, major adjustments and major recovery in four stages, to a certain extent can be said that the development of China’s Securities Industry a microcosm of the development process despite many problems, but also an unprecedented opportunity to study the development of Hainan, to explore the strategy of the Securities Industry in Hainan, and make it the basis of established rules and norms, which can effectively enhance its service area economic and financial development function.In this paper, the results of previous research based on systematic analysis, and further study the development of the Securities Industry in Hainan relevant background, development difficulties and problems. Focus on empirical analysis using a research method, the use of Hainan Higgins model respectively, developed areas the growth of listed companies were compared with the empirical conclusion that the profitability of listed companies in Hainan, and other aspects of sustainable development remains to be to perfect. Finally, from abroad and the successful experience of the developed areas of the proposed optimization and innovation of the Securities Industry in China, suggestions on the development of the Securities Industry in Hainan area have some theoretical guidance.
