Abstract


In the background of knowledge-based economy, cultural-creative industries are increasingly showing strong vitality. Cultural-creative industries have become an important power which changes this world, it become an important indicator to measure the strength and competitiveness of a country or region. As the high-end of international division of labor and the chain of value. Cultural-creative industries combine the economy, culture, technology and art. It drives the growth of a series of related industries, optimizes the development of a city, and promotes the restructure of a city. Cultural and creative the city competitive source of power, and the cultural and creative city is a city of the future direction of development. Cultural and creative city is the future direction of development. Many international metropolises take "creative city "as the goals of future development, such as "creative London","creative New York","Shanghai creative" and so on are proposed. Many Chinese cities are in an important moment of adjustment of the industrial structure; change the mode of economic development."Twelfth Five-Year" period is an important period that Fuzhou transformate the mode of economic development and Leapfrog development, and it also an important period that enhance the image of the city and accelerate the development of cultural-creative industries. This Thesis tries to study the question that cultural-creative industries optimize the development of the city, in order to provide a new idea for the transformation of city, and promote the development of Fuzhou city, especially promote the development of cultural-creative industries.Firstly, this thesis analysis and combines the basic concepts and theories of cultural-creative industries. On the basis of the theory,it summed up the internal mechanism that the cultural-creative industries optimize the development of city. Then, through the analysis of the cultural-creative industries in developed cities at home and abroad, summed up the experience for reference. And analysis of the current development of cultural-creative industries in Fuzhou, especially empirical analysis the impact of cultural-creative industries to the economy of Fuzhou,and the degree of association of the traditional industries in Fuzhou, and analysis the development of cultural-creative industries in Fuzhou by SWOT.Finally, on the basis of above analysis, Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for each of the relevant economic entities, the writer hope to provide some advises to draw on the development and transformation of the city of Fuzhou.
