Abstract

Purpose to explore the relationship between patients with essential hypertension 24h ambulatory blood pressure circadian rhythm changes with the level of plasma adiponectin (APN). Patients with 224 cases of the methods essential hypertension (EH) 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24hABPM) were divided into dipper group of 123 cases and 101 cases of non-dipper group; Fasting venous blood measured plasma adiponectin hormone (APN) insulin (FINS) plasma glucose (FPG), measurements of height, weight, insulin resistance index (IRI), body mass index (BMI), and to analyze, compare. Results (1) dipper hypertensive plasma APN level significantly higher than the non-dipper hypertensive group (P lt; 0.01). (The 2) dipper hypertensive patients BMI.IRI lower than non-dipper hypertensive group (P lt; 0.05). (3) plasma APN level with gender, systolic blood pressure (SBP), BMI, IRI was negatively correlated (P lt; 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Plasma adiponectin levels are associated with circadian blood pressure and lower plasma adiponectin levels of non-dipper hypertensive patients than dipper hypertensive patients. Objective To investigate the correlation of essential hypertension (EH) Apelin-36 levels in patients with 24-hour average blood pressure levels and plasma. Explore the relationship between the 24h ambulatory blood pressure of essential hypertension in patients with circadian rhythm changes and plasma Apelin-36 level. METHODS June 2009 - June 2010 within the heart of our hospital 224 cases of inpatient EH patients in the observation group, 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24hABPM) Results group of 123 cases divided into dippers and non-dippers group 101 Example; choose the 144 patients with normal blood pressure as a control group. Blood samples detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) to study plasma Apelin-36 level. Results (1) normal blood pressure group, the plasma level of Apelin-36 24.65 ± 4.10pmol / l; of EH group 20.81 ± 4.98pmol / l; between the two groups is statistically significant differences (P lt; 0.01). (2) EH patients plasma Apelin-36 level with 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure, mean systolic blood pressure during the day and night average systolic blood pressure (P lt; 0.05) was negatively correlated. (6)-dipper hypertensive group, the plasma level of Apelin-36 23.37 ± 4.50pmol / l, non-dipper hypertensive group, the plasma level of Apelin-36 18.45 ± 4.08, dipper hypertensive plasma Apelin-36 levels were significantly higher than in non-dippers hypertensive group (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion (1) EH plasma Apelin-36 level was significantly lower than the normal control group, the higher 24-hour mean blood pressure, plasma Apelin-36 level is lower, and the plasma level of Apelin-36 24-hour average blood pressure levels were negatively correlated. (2) plasma Apelin-36 levels are associated with circadian blood pressure, lower non-dipper hypertensive patients than dipper hypertensive patients plasma Apelin-36 level.
