Abstract


This article reviews some of the major expounded Imaging Research hippocampus of patients with type 2 diabetes and cognitive dysfunction . Characteristics of type 2 diabetes patients with cognitive function and hippocampal damage . And introduced different MRI sequences advantage in type 2 diabetes patients with hippocampal damage diagnosis and assessment of progress and shortfalls , the future development of MRI in the study of diabetes in patients with hippocampal damage and cognitive changes and research directions . Of this study section is based on the study of hippocampal volume , diabetics , nerve metabolism objects and cognitive function , and hippocampal volume measurement by patients with type 2 diabetes hippocampal neurons metabolite analysis of of hippocampal neurons metabolites and volume changes simultaneously detect each the cognitive score observed in patients with cognitive change , and ultimately through the statistical analysis to establish the linear relationship between changes in patients with type 2 diabetes hippocampal neurons metabolites and volume and cognitive scores . Came to the conclusion Conclusion MRI is an in vivo non - invasive identification and assessment of diabetes cognitive dysfunction , visual , quantitative methods , the damage to their cognitive function can make early warning and treatment evaluation helpful .
