Abstract


The observed leptin on myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury (MIRI) rat model of myocardial impact, to explore the role of leptin in the MIRI clarify the pathophysiological significance of leptin in myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury, and guidance myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury clinical disease prevention and treatment. Methods: 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats, according to the random number table is divided into four groups (n = 6): ① sham-operated (sham) group, (2) standard MIRI group ④ ③ leptin pretreatment (Leptin MIRI) group and thin hormone treatment (MIRI Leptin) group. The ③ rats MIRI surgery 30 min before the intraperitoneal injection of recombinant leptin (RD Systems Corporation), the dose of 50μg/kg. ④ group rats MIRI surgery 30 min after intraperitoneal injection of recombinant leptin dose 50μg/kg. The above 4 rats specimens were collected at 120 min MIRI postoperative. To observe myocardial infarct size, myocardial leptin levels and serum leptin, phosphorylation of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), troponin (TnT) levels. processing by reducing myocardial and serum leptin levels to alleviate the MIRI.
