Abstract


[Objective] In this study, the researcher from the Chinese mainland to the first author TCM nursing research papers published in our journals 2000-2009 research data to describe the current development of Chinese medicine nursing research. Aimed at by reviewing the history, described the current situation reveals the lack of further development of scientific research in Chinese medicine nursing for the majority of nursing researchers to promote the professional development provide a reference. [Method] In this study, the CLC R248 (TCM Nursing) retrieve the \The TCM 2009 three Indexed nursing research papers. The age distribution of the number of research papers in application bibliometric analysis, the distribution of the Research Fund, paper journals; sets recorded CBM received Chinese medicine nursing research papers MeSH application of word frequency analysis, co-word clustering analysis, objectively reveal Chinese medicine nursing research focus in the past 10 years. [Results] Since 2000, the number of Chinese medicine nursing research papers is increasing year by year. Reference to Bradford's law, the discipline is in the disciplines period of great development; the TCM care researchers uneven geographical distribution; Chinese medicine nursing researchers mainly from the Chinese medicine hospital; TCM care core of the group has not yet been established, the high yield of the paper production out the amount needed to improve; TCM care research paper mainly alone form, the cooperation rate is relatively low; only 2.57% of the Chinese medicine nursing research papers Fund, Fund paper is increasing year by year the proportion of funding; Chinese medicine nursing research project funded mainly from high-yield areas of the provinces and cities; of TCM Care Fund paper as Guangdong, Shanghai, Hebei, Hubei, Hunan and other places; TCM Care Fund paper output unit of a hospital; the TCM care fund dissertation research topic TCM clinical care, traditional Chinese medicine nursing education, the TCM community care, Chinese medicine nursing management, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing TCM care of basic research, which the TCM clinical nursing proportion; Chinese medicine nursing core journals and a total of 11; Chinese medicine nursing literature published in other medical journals on; through word frequency analysis, co-word cluster analysis study showed that Chinese medicine nursing research focus in the past 10 years, focused on six themes: Dialectic care, the quality of life of patients with diabetes, stroke rehabilitation care, traditional care management, TCM surgical care, medication care. [Conclusion] Chinese nursing is in a period of great development of the discipline is increasing year by year the number of Chinese medicine nursing research papers, the uneven development of Chinese medicine nursing areas, the research team is unstable, less than normal number of papers of the Fund, the level of scientific research, the need to further improve research capacity. 2000-2009 research focus of our medicine care nursing for the syndrome, the quality of life of patients with diabetes, stroke rehabilitation care, Chinese medicine nursing management, TCM surgical care, medication care.
