Objective: observed on the basis of high-quality low-protein , low purine diet , alkalization of urine , blood pressure, lipid lowering uric acid Treatment of 3 to 4 chronic kidney disease associated with hyperuricemia efficacy , and serum uric acid ( SUA ) change impact on renal function , and to explore its therapeutic mechanism . Methods : from January 2009 to December 2010 in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of out-patient or in - patient treatment of 56 patients met the inclusion condition , the treatment group and the control group 28 cases , the high - quality low-protein low - purine diet , urine alkalinization antihypertensive and lipid lowering treatment on the basis of the treatment group to allopurinol square combined TCM treated by TCM treatment control group to 8 weeks. Observed before and after treatment of serum uric acid (SUA) and blood urea nitrogen (Bun), creatinine (Scr) changes , and 24h urinary protein excretion (U-TP), plasma albumin ( Alb ) , total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), adverse reactions , and so on. Results : 1 , hyperuricemia (HUA) and renal function in the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Treatment group SUA decreased , no significant change in the control group , the two groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . 3 , After treatment, Bun , Scr decreased , eGFR increased , the control group had no significant change , Scr, eGFR between the two groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Treatment group U-TP also dropped , no significant change in the control group , the two groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) , no significant change in the two groups of patients with Hb A1b , TG , TG before and after treatment . 5 linear correlation between SUA levels and changes in renal function . Conclusion: 1 , uric acid can decrease chronic kidney disease associated with hyperuricemia in patients with SUA level 3 to 4 . Reduce SUA levels may help to slow the progress of 3 to 4 chronic kidney disease associated with hyperuricemia in patients with renal .
