Higher Vocational Education is our modern vocational education system is an important part of the training to adapt to the needs of society charged with the production, management and service first line of skilled personnel of the mission. In recent years, with the social and economic development, higher vocational education has become a hot topic of education. The Vocational Training vocational students as \Higher professional whether students have learned love? Them how to take their studies? Whether to invest enough time and effort to enhance their professional knowledge and skills? Whether future career choice with confidence? Has become the most concern educators . To solve these problems, I selected the 400 vocational students conduct a survey to study the professional commitment and vocational students learning burnout, career self-efficacy relationship between the actual discovery by studying the problems and proposed solutions Problems education proposals. The study concluded the following main points: 1, the overall professional commitment vocational students were in the middle level, grades, discipline and academic and other demographic variables were significantly different, and different genders, different students to a high professional commitment and vocational school students were no significant differences. Vocational students in four dimensions of professional commitment, normative commitment scores than emotional commitment, ideal commitment and continued commitment. 2, vocational students learning burnout overall was moderate level, gender, grade, and academic and other demographic variables there are significant differences between students from different disciplines and different places of vocational students learning burnout difference was not significant. Students in vocational learning burnout three dimensions, low achievement scores than misconduct and depression. 3, vocational students career self-efficacy as a whole showed a moderate level, there were significant differences in grades, and different genders, different disciplines, different places and different grades of students of vocational students career self-efficacy was not significant. Vocational students career self-efficacy in four dimensions, personalized self-understanding and coping efficacy score than employment employment information and skills and social support. 4, professional commitment and vocational students learning burnout was significantly negatively correlated with career self-efficacy was a significant positive correlation. Vocational students' professional commitment to learning burnout and career self-efficacy all have certain prediction.
