Abstract


Street children is an integral part of beggars, they and other beggars have something in common, more has its obvious features. They long leave guardian, in the society stray, survival environment is very bad, their subsistence and development and other basic life right is difficult to be effectively guarantee, they have become the special vulnerable groups,need special attention cause. the problem of street children becomes a common difficulty facing the whole world. It have already caused the international community’extensive concern because their worse live condition and reverse profound influence to our social. Every country and society try their best to solve these problems-how to help them effectively to return home and return society. As a profound social problem, the Chinese government has already engaged in the research and practice of street children in the last few decades. Overall, we have made great achievements in the protection work of street children. But the lacking of pay attention to the psychological needs of these street children and special experts. So it is difficult for them to return home and return society.On the basis of research about street children relief at home and abroad, This paper firstly introduces the group characteristics of street children and the status quo of the rescuing. analyzes the problem at present and the reasons which produce. summarizing the non-governmental organization rescue system in British and the social return-Rescue in Philippines and Vietnam. And thinking of enlightenment to the rescue system of the street children. Finally this paper gives some reform suggestions to perfect street children relief system, including construction or purchase science and completely of divagation child salvage system; encouraging nongovernmental organizations to participate in; Using contemporary information tools and some other suggestions.Lastly the paper points out that we should build a system which government leading and social forces wide participation system to improve the development of the cause of the street children relief.
