Abstract


In the process of building a harmonious society of a harmonious society theme does not match the vulnerable groups in society, in order to solve this problem, we should strive to do the related relief and protection of vulnerable groups,so we should first clear the vulnerable groups of causes and interests to protect the status.In many scholars before the comprehensive study based on the results, clear the causes of the disadvantaged groups through the research and investigation on the part of the group status quo, the composition and the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the status quo, after the rescue work to carry out a clear scope and direction.Joined in the past many research results on the basis of the author’s own thoughts, that the rights of vulnerable groups to protect not just the responsibility of the state, society, and not merely rely on government policies and the interim relief, NGO relief roleteam play, and more calls for more closely related to the community and vulnerable groups, enterprises and institutions added to the protection of the Rights and Interests of the protection of vulnerable groups. In addition, as the vulnerable groups should be more correct thinking, and establish the correct values of life science, actively self-help in his rescue. Only a few concerted efforts to protect the rights of the vulnerable groups will get a better solution, the bloom of the flower of a harmonious society will be permanent.
