Abstract


Charity supermarket is occurred in china in recent years,which is a new thing of thecharity development areas. The fact proves that charity supermarket is as a new form ofsocial assistance, which can arouse the enthusiasm of the public charity, and can also helpurban and rural residents with financial difficulties to solve the basic life difficult problems,it plays a role in promoting social harmony and stability. Therefore, the charity supermarketis more than a warm public engineering, which is also a kind of systematic,complicated andlong-term social engineering. With support of the civil affairs department, many charitysupermarkets are springing up in large and medium cities. At present, the charitysupermarket is in key period of pursuing the number to the connotation, so how to realize thesustainable development of charity supermarket becomes a problem now.Based on the previous research, the thesis develops further analysis for the operationmechanism of charity supermarket. This research chooses Y charity supermarket in Suzhouas a typical case, which shows the process of raising, management, and relief of charitysupermarket, it also sums up the factors of restricting the charity supermarket, for examplethe role of charity supermarket is not clear, and the donation mechanism of which isunsound, the professional operation level and the social cognitive degree are low, and so on.According to the above problems, this research uses the theory of social engineeringsystem design perspective, where some corresponding countermeasures are suggested. Ialso hope that the research results can provide a intellectual support for promoting thesustainable development of charity supermarket.
