Abstract


The global economic crisis showed that the entity economy can be saved by innovation and creativity. The culture industry, as a new industry form, is becoming a new direction of the economic development. Culture is the content, creative is the power, and the small and medium-sized culture enterprises are the carrier. Therefore, the research into impetus of product innovation and exploration of how to intensify innovation impetus can be not only of theoretical value, but also of realistic significance. There are two innovation impetuses:the external innovative dynamic and the internal innovative dynamic. Among them, the external innovative dynamic of the small and medium-sized culture enterprise entails many dynamic elements, such as market (demanding force and competing stress), technological impetus and supporting force exerted by government policies and strategies. The internal innovative dynamic is composed of several dynamic forces including the force driven by enterprise interest, influencing force made by the spirit of entrepreneur, catalyzing force inspired by enterprise promoting mechanism and guarantee force provided by enterprise innovation.The reasons for deficiency in the product innovative involve the external cause and internal cause. The external causes involve lack of industrial policy and laws, backward technology. The internal causes are mainly lack of innovation ability and financing difficulties. In order to help the small and medium-sized culture enterprise to promote innovation of culture industry, there are several ways. Methods are as follows:one is to create good investment environment from the government. The second is to cultivate and manage talents. The third is to use of Chinese traditional culture innovatively and the newest technology. The last is booting innovation ability.
