Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China’s political stability, economic growth,the gap between the rich and the poor gradually widening. In recent years, theincome gap between urban and rural areas, the regional income gap, the gap betweendifferent industries, different occupations gap has been growing. Comprehensivelook at the various types of income, the Gini coefficient across the cordon is anindisputable fact. Social equity issues continue to cause various disciplines to exploreand reflect on.In2012, Comrade Wen Jiabao said at the Eleventh National People’sCongress meeting reporters at the meeting A foreign reporters asked:"fairness andjustice is also brilliant than the sun, my party has made a series of efforts to achievesocial equity, the most representative nature is to establish and perfect the socialsecurity system, including pension, unemployment, health care, subsistenceallowances, including enterprise employees health insurance, medical insurance forurban residents and the new rural cooperative covering a population of1.3billion."these all show me the party towards the fair justice has taken important steps.Mature and stable pace fully illustrated the importance of social equity, and thenecessity of the social security system.Therefore, the fair has become an issue of social security and socialdevelopment of a problem. Ideas of social equity in the social security system atpresent in China, is trying a combination of both theory and practice point of view,Marxism, social equity thinking on building socialism with Chinese characteristics inthe practice of the process to consider the further expansion of the Marx the theory ofmultiple perspectives, deepen understanding of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics in the development process and the basic law, in order to better buildfairness and justice of a harmonious socialist society.Thought of social equity in China’s social security system can provide atheoretical clue for us to sustain this line in the original basis, we can constantlyimprove, and constantly deepen the social security system as a stability and sociallife to ensure that members of society the basic living security, national sharedsocio-economic development outcomes measures.
