Abstract


During the initial stage of New China, the work of “Support thearmy and give preferential treatment to the families of therevolutionary army men” inherited the fine traditions of therevolutionary basements, the system design made furtherspecifications and developed as the development of practice. As thework of “Support the army and give preferential treatment to thefamilies of the revolutionary army men” was developing vigorously,it not only effectively aroused the ardor of the masses and to someextent，powerfully ensured the process of the war orderly, but alsoplayed an active role in the State Regime and Social construction.Currently, the domestic scholars are lack in this area. In order tostrengthen the research, this paper revolved around the followingissues to discuss. This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter One, Introduction. Sorts out and defines the concept ofSupport the army and give preferential treatment to the families of therevolutionary army men，introduces the study situation of theresearch, makes clear the value of the research, identifies the researchmethod.Chapter Two, The work of Support the army and givepreferential treatment to the families of the revolutionary army menduring the initial stage of the new China. Introduces its derivation andearly developments, illustrates the evolvement of the policy and itstraits. Analyzes the evolvement and the traits of the demobilizationand transfer to civilian work, its evolvement of the policy, teasesapart and analyzes the brief content of the policy and summarizes itssignificance.Chapter Three, The new development of Support the army and give preferential treatment to the families of the revolutionary armymen. Introduces the initial launch of the work of Support the armyand give preferential treatment to the families of the revolutionaryarmy men, analyzes the policy formulated by the central people’sgovernment and local governments.Chapter Four, The overall development of the work of Supportthe army and give preferential treatment to the families of therevolutionary army men. Discusses the work of propaganda andmobilization, supporting the Front Line, special treatment to themartyr’s family members, marking on holidays,Chapter Five, The check-up and condolatory activities. Themain activities include saluting and check-out, collecting gifts andrelief, organizing medical teams and so on. The central people’sgovernment organized a mission to North Korea condolences,brought material and spiritual aids. All over the country, groupsactively carry out all kinds of condolatory activities. Meanwhile,missions to North Korea condolences across the country launchedsalute to the families of soldiers and so forth.Epilogue. Summarizes the cause of the overall development ofthe work of “Support the army and give preferential treatment to thefamilies of the revolutionary army men” during the initial stage of thenew China and its impetus function to the work of Support the armyand give preferential treatment to the families of the revolutionaryarmy men to New China.
