Abstract

In the face of the network violence, in the face of its negative effects, need to legal means to this regulation.This paper adopted the method of case analysis lead to the source of the problem. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, this paper introduction part introduced this article selected topic reason and research significance, at the same time explained in this paper, research status, research methods and writing ideas. The second part is case description. This part mainly from four aspects respectively, puts forward some Suggestions on legal regulation of the network violence, emphasizes the legal means is to solve the problems of the network violence and the most effective means. Finally, legal action must be combined with other means, in order to better and more comprehensive regulation the emergence and development of the network violence.
