Abstract


Along with the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of international division of labor, the international service outsourcing have a great development and become the focus of international economic issues. And development of international outsourcing of services plays a important role in improving a country’s international competitiveness,promoting economic sustainable development,as one of the world’s fastest growing countries,China is attracting more and more international service outsourcing contracts.At the base of China’s trade structure and the premise of the labor market structure, China to undertake the rapid development of international service outsourcing services in China will inevitably impact on employment and wages.This thesis aims to make an exploration of the impacts of the international outsourcing upon employment and wage of China’s sevice.This paper embarked from the related research result at home and abroad, and defined the services outsourcing from the perspective of product division,used the previous reference research results, briefly described the four theories of international service outsourcing,then I made an analysis on employment and wages of service by building a model of intermediate inputs services outsourcing models; and study International Service Outsourcing in China’s service industry characteristics, motivation and service industries,discussed the influence on employment and wage changes of the international service outsourcing, then I have established a a panel data model with using the service data, to check the result of the model. According to the study above,the thesis constructs the panel data models to research into the impact of undertaking international service outsourcing upon relative employment and wage level of the service industry of China. It’s helpful to most service industries relative employment and wage levels and showed a significant role in promoting them. Finally, according the conclusion of this paper, and the current situation of China’s undertaking International Service Outsourcing,I proposed some policy recommendations to promote undertaking the internantional service outsorcing of our county.
