Abstract


Lovelorn trauma which nowadays is a usual psychological trauma for femalepostgraduates means some negative effects on party that are due to a romanticpartner denies or discontinue a relationship. The study tried to achieve two goals:the first one is to establish a psychodrama treatment plan that is positivepsychological oriented; the second one is to accomplish an empirical study refers toprove program effectiveness in order to aid to cure lovelorn femalepostgraduates’trauma.The study takes advantage of psychodrama techniques which have been appliedwidely to design the interventional program with a lot of performance refer to highlevels of depression and low levels of happy for lovelorn postgraduate subjects. Inthe empirical study, subjects were selected by standard test and semi-structuredinterview before experiments.10subjects were matched for intervention group andcontrol group. Intervention group was intervened by positive psychological orientedpsychodrama group therapy weekly during8weeks. After experiment, interventioneffects were examined through scale resurveys on intervention and control withqualitative study. The intervention group was track-tested with scales after2month.The emulation tools include Self-rating depression scale, Multiple Happinessquestionnaire, Female postgraduates interview questionnaire and team activitiesfeedback questionnaire.The followings are main conclusions:(1)Positive oriented psychodrama interventional program can observably mendfemale postgraduates’ lovelorn trauma and lower the levels of depression.(2)Positive oriented psychodrama interventional program can observablyimprove lovelorn female postgraduates’ multiple happiness.(3)Positive oriented psychodrama interventional program refer to positivepsychological invention technique with spontaneity and creativity of traditionallypsychodrama play prove to be effective and workable.(4)Positive oriented psychodrama interventional program can focus on improve parties’ positive affect and psychological quality, arouse inner motive to self-cure.Meanwhile, it cares for removing pessimistic cognitive biases and gives positiveinvention which is based on evaluations for parties’ trauma. The empirical studies forlovelorn female postgraduates have been enriched.(5)Positive oriented psychodrama interventional program made up theweakness of traditionally psychodrama evaluation system through rigorousexperiment design, standard examine tools and qualitative evaluation method.At last, the effective of positive oriented psychodrama interventional programhave been further examined trough presentation of transformation process in aseries of typical cases.
