Abstract


With the continuous development of China’s economy, people’s living standards continue to improve. Educational change in consumer awareness, primary and secondary school counseling to the Chaoyang industry in rapid development. Extracurricular counseling industry in development at the same time, it also brings a lot of problems. At present, school tutoring market confusion, the urgent need to strengthen the government management, rectify the market order of every hue, a variety of extracurricular tutorial agencies frequently occur, and the rapid development. Tutoring phenomenon can not be unnoticed" landscape". This paper will be the primary and secondary school extracurricular tutorial agencies of government responsibility in the development of theoretical background and taking Hubei province Wuhan City as an example, a systematic study of primary and secondary school students in extra-curricular counseling organization development present situation and the existence question, the comprehensive analysis of primary and secondary school students in extra-curricular counseling causes of primary and secondary school students, extracurricular tutorial agencies in the development of the subject of responsibility, guide primary and secondary school students in extra-curricular counseling healthy development.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research origin, literature review, research methods, and research process.
