Pre-school education is the foundation of basic education. More and more peoplehave concerned the career development of preschool education. It is the developmenttrend of modern preschool education reform, that it can be improve the quality ofkindergarten education upbringing. The premise is that have a high quality of teachersto improve the quality of kindergarten education.At this stage we proposed to strictly the preschool teachers "entrance", theexisting system of admittance of preschool teachers can strict screening peopleentering the preschool teachers. We need to study the content. Based on currentpreschool teachers staff basic information of the research shows that preschoolteachers team personnel exist the phenomenon of the good and bad are intermingled,in the face of such a phenomenon, will be what kind of impact factors at work, alsowe need to discuss. To this, this study of the status quo of preschool teachers’ entrancesystem operation mechanism are studied, and discusses the influencing factors of thephenomenon. This not only can enrich the theory of preschool teacher’s teamconstruction, and to provide early childhood teachers identify and choose effectivepractice guidance.The researchers for the kindergarten managers interview investigation, on thebasis of the robot and the admittance of preschool teachers’ questionnaire, the existingkindergarten teachers to carry on the questionnaire survey. By using exploratoryfactor analysis, the preliminary determine the structure of preschool teachers accessmechanisms include standards for admittance into preschool teachers, preschoolteachers admittance conditions, preschool teachers access procedures three structures.Upon examination, the coefficient is0.812. Recycle research issued a total of300questionnaires,280, recovery rate of93.3%, which eliminate wrong filling, filling theinvalid questionnaire20,260effective questionnaires were collected, the effectiverate was86.6%. To deal with data collected by the research results show that:1. The overall of early childhood teacher’s access to the operation of the systemis in good condition. Whether public or private kindergarten, can be a good choose toenter preschool teachers.2. This study will be divided into three aspects. The early childhood teachers’ access standards, access to preschool teachers, preschool teachers access conditions.To collect the data statistics and processing, analysis, found that preschool teachersaccess standards, procedures, conditions, no significant difference on different typesof kindergarten.3. The different demographic variables in the preschool teacher certificationsystem conditions on the operation mechanism of each factorEarly childhood teachers’ access mechanism in different types of kindergarten,teachers’ gender, marital status, and preschool teachers’ professional does not existsignificant differences. But in the preschool teachers’ education and income level,differences exist.
