Currently, the reform of a new round of basic education curriculum has created anopportunity for information technology in primary and secondary schools teaching."The ITcurriculum standards of basic education (2012Edition)" clearly stated that "...... We shouldpromote the students ability of making use of information technology to solve problems andmake the students percept the value of technology...... We should combine with the real life ofstudents and practice as well as social development, set appropriate authenticity of learningtasks, typical case or research project in order to guide students combine the technology oflearning with application in the process of hands-on, self-inquiry and problem-solving, takethe initiative to explore the knowledge, master skills and develope capacity. In this newphilosophy of education, we urgent need reform teaching mode and philosophy of primaryand secondary schools, concern about the development of students’ high thinking ability andproblem solving to adapt to the development of personality, improve students’ ability toinnovate.Over the years, the teaching of information technology in primary and secondary schoolshas made the basic operation as the highlights of teaching, seriously neglected the cultivationof the application of information technology as well as methods of solve practical problems,leading to the students we trained were skilled workers, there is a far cry from therequirements of information literacy. Cognitive apprenticeship theory "is a teaching modelthat can promote skills and knowledge successfully migration to the workplace", is based onthe learner-centered, Its purpose is to train the students to solve problems, deal with complextasks and higher-order thinking, to promote the learners’ migration of knowledge and theacquisition of high-level thinking skills. The application of the theory of the cognitiveapprenticeship theory in IT teaching will provide a new perspective for the reform of theprimary and secondary information technology disciplines new curriculum.In this study, we made interpretation by exploring the cognitive apprenticeship theoryand gathering information about typical cases, explored the design and application of thevarious elements and learning environment of cognitive apprenticeship principles, to provide for our own instructional. In the application of the theory framework of cognitiveapprenticeship in the primary IT teaching, we found a model of cognitive apprenticeship, tofind a feasible programs in order to improve the current IT teaching.The text is divided into six parts.The first part describes the origins and significance of this study. The paper firstdescribes some practical work which is done in the application of the practice and theencountered problems, then explains why this study is proposed, ultimately, explains thesignificance and research methods.The second part is mainly discusses the theory. The thesis firstly describes the definitionand main framework of the theory, the framework including4dimensions,17components.Then, it describes how the learning environment component is and the design gist of allcomponents, investigates the principles of the learning environment. Then elaborates typicalcharacteristics and research classification. Finally, expounds the function of the theory and therevelation of the curriculum reform and school education.The third part mainly investigates the reasons of the theory.This section firstly traces the beginning, development and promotion of the theory, thenexplores the theoretical basis of this theory.The fourth part the primary mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of the theoryapplied in IT learning in primary school. Firstly, from the perspective of development thetimes, the purposes of IT teaching and the advantage of the application of this theorydiscusses the necessity of Cognitive Apprenticeship in IT teaching. Then illustrates thefeasibility of the application of IT teaching in elementary from the point of the challengesfaced by the primary school IT teaching, the characteristics of the disciplinary teachingsystem and the application of the theory.The fifth part mainly are case anatomy and practice analysis. The paper first presents acase of the application of the theory in primary school, and analysis it integrate the principleof the disciplines of the learning environment. Later, against the practice of1year, analyzedthe application effect from the point of experimental tests and questionnaire survey. Studieshave shown that cognitive apprenticeship teaching model can effectively promote IT teaching, the students’ interest in learning has been enhanced and their learning has been improved.The sixth part mainly proposes the teaching model about the application of the theory inprimary school in IT learning and some revelation for teaching. This article proposes theteaching model about the theory in primary school in accordance with application and theauthor’s teaching experience, and provides some inspiration from the perspective of coursecontent, implementation process and evaluation.
