Abstract


In our economic life, the price which people concerned most is the key variables of reacting our economic situation trend. Natural monopoly industry is closely related to national production and life, Price control has become the core issue of natural monopoly industries regulatory reform, which has put on national agenda as an important task in the natural monopoly industries regulatory reform. In our country, because we didn’t establish effective legal restriction mechanism that caused the operator in the nature monopoly industries using the power of monopoly, they gained large monopoly profits, and distort the social distribution. On the other hand, the price of natural monopoly product is rising in recent years; consumer is doubt about the reasonableness and legality of the price adjustment of natural monopoly industries. For these phenomena, it is necessary for us to study further about the problem of the price in natural monopoly industry supervision system.This paper, according to the question, analyze, again to solve them, and take the natural monopoly industry which is close relations of the livelihood of the people, this paper arranged from local to overall. In the first place, the paper respectively analyze the economics and law in two angles, study the special attributes of the price in natural monopoly industry supervision system and the necessity of formulating the laws and regulations.Secondly,study the successful theory and experience of the price in natural monopoly industry supervision system, Comparison and research,then summarize experience in laws supervision.Again, make introduction and analysis about Our country at present law in the main manifestation of abusing of price in natural monopoly industries. makes the conclude summary to the main problem about our country law on the price regulation of natural monopolistic industries.Finally,aiming at the legislative practice and specific conditions, explore and perfect our country law on the price regulation of natural monopolistic industries.
